The Protocol Architecture
At its core, SoSoValue operates as a fully on-chain index protocol. Each index token represents a proportional ownership of an underlying basket of crypto assets. The protocol uses smart contracts deployed on Ethereum to manage minting, redemption, and rebalancing of index tokens in a trustless and transparent manner.
1. Mint
Users deposit the underlying assets (or a single asset via the protocol's smart routing) to mint SoSoValue index tokens at the current net asset value (NAV).
2. Hold & Earn
Simply holding an index token earns passive APY. Staking via SoSoValue's Stake to Earn module boosts rewards significantly — up to 165X points multiplier with $SOSO staking.
3. Redeem
At any time, holders may redeem their index tokens for the underlying assets at the current NAV, with no lock-up for holding (14-day cooldown applies to staking withdrawals).
